new favorite necklace: turqoise

Hello everyone!
This is a necklace i got for my 14th birthday, which is almost two years ago. I got this from my best friend, and back then, I liked it, but never wore it. Now I found it again in my room, and I absolutely love it! There's also a little note with it, it says what this special turqoise necklace does:

- against negative influences
- harmonie in marriage
- helps progressing emotions
- helps with sleeping problems
- helps with rheumatism and arthritis
- for inner rest
- makes good relationsships better
- gives well-being

Seems pretty handy, right? Not that I need harmonie in my marriage since I have no marriage, or rheumatism or arthritis. But for the rest is seems nice :)
I don't know if this works, I don't think it really works, but thinking it works gives more confidence and then those things will come eventually.
