#181 ~ AFRICA

So last week we had our 'Montessori Day'. Montessori is a special way of teaching, it has a lot to do with working together and teaching how to be independent as well. Well, each year we have a day where we 'celebrate' this way of teaching. There are always some acitivities organised, and this year we had a market where we sold products that students made themselves. The money will go to good cause in Malawi, Africa.

The owner of the good cause was there himself and he brought a man from Malawi who made jewellery with old materials such as paper. His jewellery was beautiful and I think it's special when you know the money will go to people who really need it. So I bought this necklace, and it's made from paper! Old magazines! I think it's great and I also feel that way while wearing it.

I just kept the rest of the outfit simple. As you can see I also have a henna tattoo on my hands, also for a good cause!
